Trials and Temptations? “God is faithful…” (I Corinthians 10:13)

“No temptation {also trial and hard times} has overtaken you except such as is common to man, but GOD IS FAITHFUL, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.”  (I Corinthians 10:13 NKJV)

Even as we have read, heard, and also memorized this verse without a focus on “God is Faithful”, so also the self-centered human nature, even regenerated, is such that our trials and temptations gain and captivate our attentions over the Faithfulness of God.  We as Christians even like, as it is our nature also to conformity with our neighbors, peers, and the world to be encouraged by more by what “is common to man”, than with Who God is, Where God is on the great white throne with His feet in the clouds, controlling all; and with the Lord Jesus Christ at His right hand making intercession for our sins and preparing to come again to get us in great power and glory.

How in the world can God help me in these overwhelming circumstances, even this most faithful God as He is called in Deuteronomy 7:9 where the encouraged words are “God the faithful”.  Ah, the answer  comes back from the pages of the Bible that along with the faithfulness, GOD IS ABLE AND WILLING for those of enough faith!

There is absolutely no reason at all, also according to the Bible and the faithfulness of God, that any child in the world, also man and women and youth, need be without hope of eternity with God in spite of some temporal trials and temptations!
