Forever Kingdom or “The Cup of the Wine of Wrath”?

The Forever Kingdom in the Literal Bible

It has already been determined by God the Father and made known ages ago by the Old Testament Prophets whom He called as Prophets to Nations, yes that old, that Nations have one of two options, either the Forever Kingdom of Christ or “the cup of the wine of wrath”.  Get adjusted to this determination for the Cup is in the right hand of God, and all nations will be made to drink.

Revelation 16:1 And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out  the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.

Psalm 75:8

For a cup is in the hand of the LORD, full of foaming wine mixed with spices, He pours from it, and all the wicked of the earth drink it down it to the dregs.

NOTE:  See the conclusion of this message/teaching for many Bible references on this predetermined cup of the wine of wrath in the right hand of God, inevitable to be consumed by most of the nations of the world, alias most of the world at the END, the same time the literal Forever Kingdom of Christ and God will be ushered in with the only real Second Coming of Christ.

Where Scofield and the SBC elite followers of Scofield have to distort the Literal Bible most is on a single literal word of the Bible, that word of “kingdom”.  With their false claims of literalism where they destroyed with their 10 year plan (falsely called the conservative resurgence, but was really the resurrection from the dead of Scofield and the Scofield Reference Bible), both the SBC and LOVE itself with the destruction of careers and reputations of much better Christians than themselves; came their philosophies centered around 3 words not even found in the Bible (that is how Literal they are not), “rapture”, “dispensationalism”, and “millennium”.  It is a miracle from Satan that they could even do this, proving a lie with a bigger lie; and you know who is the Father of the Lie, Satan Himself.  Now and then, it is almost impossible to believe that they did not know what they were doing consciously, which demands that they like the Roman Vatican’s great apostasy were victims of “seducing spirits and doctrines of devils”  (I Timothy 4:4,5)

  1. Start with the clear description of Gentiles and Jews as Fellow Citizens, fellow citizens of what, naturally of THE KINGDOM OF GOD AND CHRIST, the forever kingdom of eternity.

“Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone,  in whom the whole building, being fitted together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord,  in whom you also are being built together for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit.”  (Ephesians 2:19-22 NKJV)

  1. From the Literal Bible, Top Topic #4, “God, Man, and the Son of Man” is the first mention of the literal word “kingdom” in the Bible.

NOTE:  TWO MOST IMPORTANT AND FUNDAMENTAL DOCTRINES OF ALL THE BIBLE ARE SET FORTH HERE:  (1)  THE POWER OF GOD, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR GOD; AND (2) WHO THEN CAN BE SAVED SINCE IT IS SO DIFFICULT FOR A RELIGIOUS AND WELL ESTABLISHED LEADER IN SOCIETY TO BE SAVED?”  (Quote from the Literal Bible)

“And Jesus, looking around, said to His disciples, How hard it will be for those who are wealthy to enter the kingdom of God.  And the disciples were amazed at His words.  But Jesus answered again and said to them, Children, how hard it is to enter the kingdom of God!  It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.  (Why, because most of them unlike Job can not say, ‘Wherefore I abhor myself, and repent in dust and ashes.)  And they were even more astonished and said to Him, ‘Then who can be saved?  Looking upon them, Jesus said, With men it is impossible, but now with God; for all things are possible with God.”   (Mark 10:23-27  NASV)

NOTE:  Right here Jesus could have straightened us out on two kingdoms, and two ways of salvation had he desired; but since those are false it was not His intention.  Notice how in His lifetime He explicitly rejected the earthly kingdom of the Zealots.  Have you noticed the perchance of the well-to-do and wealthy for Scofield, starting with the new generation of Zealots; and today the wealthier pulpits like Jeffress at FBC Dallas.

III.  From Top Topic #5 in the Literal Bible, about “The Resurrection of Christ”, the real Bible advances our understanding on the Kingdom of God and His Christ.

                 _______________________________________________

  1. Now we are in a position to understand Jesus cry of  “My God, my God why hast thou forsaken me ?”  of Psalm 22:1 and Matthew 27:46.

NOTE:  It is to be understood in the total context of Psalm 22 which starts with the Crucifixion of Jesus and the words of Jesus on the cross in 22:1 and ends in 22:28-31 with establishment of the kingdom of Christ on earth in its fullness, also equating the “assembly of the firstborn written in heaven”, alias the Church, with the Kingdom of God, something Scofield mites refuse to do.

  1. “I will declare Your name to My brethren;  In the midst of the assembly I will praise You.” (Psalm 22:22 NKJV)

AND

“My praise shall be of You in the great assembly; I will pay My vows before those who fear Him.  The poor shall eat and be satisfied; Those who seek Him will praise the Lord.  Let your heart live forever!  All the ends of the world Shall remember and turn to the Lord, And all the families of the nations Shall worship before You.  For the kingdom is the Lord’s, And He rules over the nations.”  (Psalm 22:28-31)

VII.  Scofield mites ignore this literal Bible passage and when you preach on it in their presence they flinch and frown as if you are speaking a foreign language.  (I mean just the literal quoting on it does them in.  You know one reason they are so reactionary is that they really have little or nothing for support in the Real Bible, only their emotions and the Scofield Notes.)

I Corinthians 15:25-28

24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.  25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.  26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.  27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him.  28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.

11a.  New King of the New Israel #1 of Thru the Literal Bible

 “Sing, O barren,

You who have not borne!

Break forth into singing, and cry aloud,

You who have not labored with child!

For more are the children of the desolate

Than the children of the married woman,” says the Lord”  (Isaiah 54:1)

Now as you read this verse for understanding, you can either take the commentary of Paul on it, the ASPI of II Peter 1:21, or you can go with men’s commentaries that ignore the ASPI and the Apostles who give the authorized interpretation of the Old Testament.  Many of us enjoy the New International Commentary, considered conservative; but some of the commenters like John Oswalt in the NIC for Isaiah writes:

“While Paul’s use of Isaiah 54:1 in connection with in his exposition of the meaning of Hagar and Sarah (Gal 4:27) manifests a greater freedom than most modern exegetes feel comfortable with, his interpretation is still within the fundamental sense of the verse.”  {Page 416, The New International Commentary on the Old Testament, the Book of Isaiah Chapters 40-66 by John N. Oswalt.}

NOTE:  Well, lah di dah, these “modern exegetes” do not feel comfortable with Paul, the Word of God according to Paul in Galatians, and specifically the only authorized interpretation of Isaiah 54:1.  This is both a commentary on what can be called conservative especially by:  (1) the feud mentalists of the fundamentalists (like graduates of DTS with their many Study Bibles), (2) theology over Bible; and (3) a difficult task for any continuing student of the Bible desiring to both count on the learning of the past and the present in Bible study, and proper exegesis of the Bible itself with the hermeneutics of the Bible {rules in the Bible Itself for proper understanding}.

The crux of the problem on distorting the meaning of the Bible by ignoring Paul and the other Apostles as they were moved in the proper interpretation and application by God the Holy Spirit is:  THEY CHOSE ACADEMIC RECOGNITION AND ACCREDITION OVER THE WORD OF GOD, that especially includes Jeffress and other DTS graduates with their new Study Bibles (promoted by Lifeway) that mirror the “doctrines of devils” of Scofield.  What you really have in their commentaries and Study Bibles is the wisdom of the world, not the wisdom of God and of the ASPI Interpretation of the Bible.

Let us go back to the New King of the New Israel interpretation of the Literal Bible, the ASPI of II Peter 1:20,21.

3-11:  The New King of the New Israel

Jews and Gentiles as fellow citizens in the new kingdom.

Isaiah 54-66.

COMMENTS:  Those know it all’s that are more educated than the Apostle Paul and more scholarly and literal than the literal Bible would object to this beginning statement of the Literal Bible, that “Jews and Gentiles are fellow citizens in the new forever kingdom, the only kingdom on the new heaven and new earth, the only not on earth kingdom at all.  (In other words this eliminates a short 1000 year kingdom of a false “Millennium” (not a word found in the Bible).

The unmarried have more children that the married, the Gentiles have more children of God than the Jews: Isaiah 54:1 and Galatians 4:27.

None comes to the Father except as drawn by the Father, and all those who are taught by the Father: Isaiah 54:13 and John 6:45.

God gave in the Temple to the Jews a House of Prayer, but they had turned it into a den of thieves by the time of Jesus: Isaiah 56:7 and Matthew 21:13 and Luke 19:46.

All the nation of Israel that is really the Israel of the children of God will be saved: Isaiah 59:20,21 and Romans 11:26.

Characteristics of the New King of Israel.

The message to Zion is that your new King comes meekly, riding on a donkey: Isaiah 61:11 and Matthew 21:5.

Jesus told them in Nazareth of how the Spirit of God was upon him: Isaiah61:1,2 and Luke 4:17,18.

                  (1). God anointed Him to preach the gospel to the poor. {A King especially for the poor people.}

(2). God sent Him to start the release of captives, and to make provisions that the blind might be able to see.

(3). To provide freedom for the downtrodden.

(4). To make a Proclamation as to when is the Acceptable Year of the Lord (the last days) that leads to the One Day of the LORD and Lord.

Happiness in this new kingdom will come only to those who first mourn because of their inability to do it for themselves: Isaiah 61:1,2 and Matthew 5:4.

III.    The Method of Citizenship Only That From God, on Gods terms as dictated in the Old Testament and made evident in the New Testament.

The New Citizenship found of those who sought it not or who searched not for it (grace): Isaiah 65:1 and Romans 10:20,21.

Jerusalem is the city of the Great King: Isaiah 66:1 and Matthew 5:33.

Micah

The Christ, the Prophet Messiah, born in Bethlehem, Micah 5:2, Matthew2:5,6, and John 7:42, to be: (1) A ruler of the people; and (2) A shepherd of the people.

The sowers of the Old Testament and the reapers of the New Testament will rejoice together in this New Kingdom: Micah 6:15 and John 4:37. IV. The Good News of the Gospel of the Kingdom preached by messengers.

Nahum

How welcome across the way on the mountain is the first sight of those who come with the Gospel: Nahum 1:15 and Romans 10:15.

Jeremiah 1-30

Yet most do not believe the report, foolish people without the ability to see or hear: Jeremiah 5:21 and Mark 8:18.

God established a House of Prayer but the nation of Israel turned it into a den of thieves: Jeremiah 7:11 and Matthew 21:13, and Mark 11:17.

Trust in God: (1) Whoever boasts, let him boast only in God: Jeremiah 9:24and I Corinthians 1:31; and (2) Trust only in God: Jeremiah 17:5,7 and II Corinthians 11:9.

You see it is easy to lose sight when confronted with such wisdom of the world from any Bible commentators.  We forgot that Paul, the Apostle of the Gentiles, is writing in Galatians 4 to keep the Gentile Galatian Christians that he has previously led to Christ from reversing to Jewish ways of the Law like both Messianic Judaism and Scofield followers desire to impose over Bible meaning.

Do you have time to re-read Galatians 4, to make sure we have it in context?

Galatians 4 New King James Version (NKJV)

4 Now I say that the heir, as long as he is a child, does not differ at all from a slave, though he is master of all, 2 but is under guardians and stewards until the time appointed by the father. 3 Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world. 4 But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, 5 to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.

6 And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, “Abba, Father!” 7 Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of[b] God through Christ.

Fears for the Church {Fears for the SBC people now under control of the Scofield mites.}

8 But then, indeed, when you did not know God, you served those which by nature are not gods. 9 But now after you have known God, or rather are known by God, how is it that you turn again to the weak and beggarly elements, to which you desire again to be in bondage? 10 You observe days and months and seasons and years. 11 I am afraid for you, lest I have labored for you in vain.

12 Brethren, I urge you to become like me, for I became like you. You have not injured me at all. 13 You know that because of physical infirmity I preached the gospel to you at the first. 14 And my trial which was in my flesh you did not despise or reject, but you received me as an angel of God, even as Christ Jesus. 15 What then was the blessing you enjoyed? For I bear you witness that, if possible, you would have plucked out your own eyes and given them to me. 16 Have I therefore become your enemy because I tell you the truth?

17 They zealously court you, but for no good; yes, they want to exclude you, that you may be zealous for them. 18 But it is good to be zealous in a good thing always, and not only when I am present with you. 19 My little children, for whom I labor in birth again until Christ is formed in you, 20 I would like to be present with you now and to change my tone; for I have doubts about you.

Two Covenants

21 Tell me, you who desire to be under the law, do you not hear the law? 22 For it is written that Abraham had two sons: the one by a bondwoman, the other by a freewoman. 23 But he who was of the bondwoman was born according to the flesh, and he of the freewoman through promise, 24 which things are symbolic. For these are the[d] two covenants: the one from Mount Sinai which gives birth to bondage, which is Hagar— 25 for this Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia, and corresponds to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children— 26 but the Jerusalem above is free, which is the mother of us all. 27 For it is written:

“Rejoice, O barren,

You who do not bear!

Break forth and shout,

You who are not in labor!

For the desolate has many more children

Than she who has a husband.”

“28 Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are children of promise. 29 But, as he who was born according to the flesh then persecuted him who was born according to the Spirit, even so it is now. 30 Nevertheless what does the Scripture say? “Cast out the bondwoman and her son, for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.” 31 So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman but of the free.”

11b.  New King, the Lord Jesus Christ, of a New People of Jews and Gentiles.  (New King of the New Israel # 2)

“’Behold, the days are coming,’ says the LORD, that I will raise to David a Branch of righteousness, a King shall reign and prosper, and execute judgment and righteousness in the earth.  In His days Judah will be saved, and Israel will dwell safely.”  (Jeremiah 23:5,6)

It took a lot more Prophesy and Bible, alias a gradual revelations of God and truth through the ages of the Bible, and especially the later explanations of this Prophet Messiah/King, the Lord Jesus Christ during His ministry on earth, to explain:  (1) that this kingdom of the King would be set up in the hearts and minds of men during the life of Christ and grow from generation to generation as believers were written in the book of life of heaven as members of the church, the body of Christ; and (2) the fulfillment of the reign of this King and the Kingdom would fully take place only at the Second Coming of Christ as the new Jerusalem, new heavens, and new earth took the place of the old.

First God’s people of Israel and Judah would be brought back to the Palestine of the first century for the birth of Christ; and during that period of history they would no longer be talking about the rescue from Egyptian bondage, but rather be talking about the rescue from Captivity in Babylon, Persia, and Assyria, even Egypt where Jeremiah and some of the people went. (Jeremiah 23:7,8)

After verses and a chapter on how bad all the official prophets and priests were of that day, then comes the guarantee again of an edification at a later {after the 70 years} in the land of Palestine and up to the time of Christ.

(1).  Recall that with the destruction of Jerusalem and Judah, the really bad ones of God’s own people were killed; and “for their own good” (Jeremiah 24:5), like “good figs”, God sent captive into the land of the Chaldeans.

(2).  Edification and Comfort.  These good figs will be returned to the land, for edification and building up right up until 70 A.D.

“For I will set My eyes on them for good, and I will bring them back to this land.  I will build them up {edification} and not pull them down, and I will plant them {comfort} and not pluck them up.”  (Jeremiah 24:6)

(3).  A New Heart of regeneration to know God, more comfort.

“Then I will give them a heart to know Me, that I am the LORD; and they be My people, and I will be their God, for they shall return to Me with their whole heart.”

NOTE:  Of course, this started with the teachings and death of Christ on the cross and then the Coming of the Holy Spirit with the new heart capability on the first day of Pentecost after the Ascension.

Special NOTE:

The following 10 verses about the inevitable judgement on all nations as delivered ages ago by God’s Prophets to the Nations, a final judgment made about the wine of fury in the Hand of God, are graciously provided by “Knowing Jesus” at https://bible.knowing-jesus.com/topics/Cup,-God~s-Wrath .

10 Bible Verses about Cup, God’s Wrath

Jeremiah 25:15-17

For thus the LORD, the God of Israel, says to me, “Take this cup of the wine of wrath from My hand and cause all the nations to whom I send you to drink it. “They will drink and stagger and go mad because of the sword that I will send among them.” Then I took the cup from the LORD’S hand and made all the nations to whom the LORD sent me drink it:

Psalm 75:8

Jeremiah 51:7

Revelation 14:10

he also will drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is mixed in full strength in the cup of His anger; and he will be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb.

Lamentations 4:21

Rejoice and be glad, O daughter of Edom, Who dwells in the land of Uz; But the cup will come around to you as well, You will become drunk and make yourself naked.

Habakkuk 2:16

“You will be filled with disgrace rather than honor. Now you yourself drink and expose your own nakedness The cup in the LORD’S right hand will come around to you, And utter disgrace will come upon your glory.

Revelation 16:19

The great city was split into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell Babylon the great was remembered before God, to give her the cup of the wine of His fierce wrath.

Revelation 18:6

“Pay her back even as she has paid, and give back to her double according to her deeds; in the cup which she has mixed, mix twice as much for her.
